Pastor Christ and wife Sarah with cross I made for them and their Apache church

I used colors I found after studying Apache Indian rugs, pottery, clothing and artwork.

I found alot of earth tones, black, browns, tans, earthy reds. Colors of the sky and earth.

I made this piece as a gift to the Apache Indian pastor Chris and wife, Sarah of the Church of

Calvary on the San Carlos Apache Reservation. I just came back a mission trip through Hope

Church in Memphis. We painted the outside of this church and did light fix-up and did

Vacation Bible study with the Apache children in the evenings.
